Tremplin Émergence Jazz in the Park (Roumanie) : postulez jusqu’au 10 mars !

Plus que quelques jours pour candidater à la Jazz in the Park Competition en Roumanie, dédiée aux groupes de jazz émergents !

Le festival aura lieu du 5 au 7 juillet au Central Park – Cluj-Napoca, Roumanie. À noter, tous les finalistes remportent un prix bonus de 1 000€ ; et les transports, hébergements et repas sont gérés et pris en charge par le festival.

Le festival

« Jazz in the Park est l’un des principaux festivals de jazz en Europe de l’Est. Nous nous attachons à développer le public et à promouvoir le jazz, en particulier en Roumanie, en permettant aux gens d’avoir accès à divers artistes de jazz, dans un contexte détendu, où chacun se sent à l’aise. Nous nous attachons également à valoriser les espaces publics inutilisés. C’est pourquoi nous utilisons des parcs et toutes sortes de lieux créatifs. »

« Until now we have 125 bands from 31 countries, including US, South Korea, UK, Spain, Italy, France, Poland, Netherlands, Finland, Lithuania and many more. We saw you had an impact in sharing the news about the competition, hence we are here to ask for a little help with a last reminder to all the bands that might fit our criteria and would find our competition suitable for them.

Here are some important information to know about the competition:

· It takes place from 5th – 7th of July in the Central Park in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
· Has no submission fee for artists.
· Offers guaranteed fees, transport budget, accommodation and meals for the selected finalists.
· Has money awards, and future bookings for gigs at other festivals in Romania and in Europe.
· Is free of charge for the public, so we’re expecting an attendance of up to 20.000 people per day.

In 2023, out of the 212 bands that applied to join us in Cluj, we welcomed 17 finalists from: France, Hungary, Israel, Belgium, Lithuania, Poland, Croatia, Netherlands and Romania. »
