Giacomo Spica Capobianco prend la décision de fonder l’Orchestre National Urbain et invite Lucien 16’s à se joindre à lui.
10 titres naissent de cette collaboration : un premier album intitulé « United Forces » (sortie double LP vinyle en mai 2022).
L’orchestre est composé de musicien.ne.s issus de différentes esthétiques : rock, rap, classique, jazz, punk, corps et mouvement.
